British rockers Kasabian have been given permission to continue their world tour - after doctors declared them free of swine flu. Frontman Tom Meighan was admitted to hospital in Sydney, Australia earlier this week after showing symptoms of the deadly virus, believed to have been caught on a stop in Japan.
