Brilliantly over the top Finnish Goth Rockers (dubbed ‘goth and rollers’ by their fans’) are back. With a name that sounds like the surname of a Lovecraftian beastie (ie: the Faceless Child of Yog-Sothoth with Sixty Nine Eyes), the band have been rocking their vampiric thang mercilessly for over 20 years. Their new Album ‘Back In Blood’ was released earlier this year and they released a single from it; the fantastically titled ‘Dead Girls are Easy’.
The video was directed by Jackass regular Bam Margera and premiered on playboy.com. It’s still out there somewhere, I can’t bring myself to watch it.
I just watched it. I have no idea where that girl keeps producing those ravens from, but it’s either a good party trick or a serious infestation problem that needs immediate fumigation. 69 eyes will be touring on the following dates:
