Cardiff based music fanatic Nige has been running this for longer than he can actually remember, starting off as the man behind the official Stereophonics website in 1997 - Stereoboard.com came into existence in 2002. With a varied taste in music you'd often be hearing Nige listening to anything from the likes of TV on the Radio, Arcade Fire, Hot Chip, The Polyphonic Spree, Muse, Band of Horses, Wild Beasts to some older stuff such as Talking Heads, Beatles, Dire Straits and Pink Floyd.

I'm the Editor of Stereoboard.com and I like anything LOUD, which you can bang your head and air guitar to. Favourite bands would be Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Aerosmith, Moltley Crue, Kiss, right through to Motorhead, Metallica and Maiden. All - of course - turned right up to '11'!

Currently living in the delightful squalor of South West London, James is an English Literature graduate with a love of football, festivals and anything with an acoustic guitar. He likes to spend his days trawling through Justin Bieber’s bins, hacking Cheryl Cole’s voice messages and talking about himself in the 3rd person. Likes: Arcade Fire, Villagers, Wallis Bird, Bombay Bicycle Club, Ryan Adams, Damien Rice. Dislikes: Lil’ Wayne, Fascism, Murder (in that order).

I am a 19 year-old Cardiff-born and bred ginger ninja who loves music and loves to write. I work as a music and tour news editor for the site, and for me, it’s a total dream job! My musical tastes began with a love for rock and metal as a greasy-haired 14 year-old (I even got as far as to listening to Norwegian black metal like Burzum \m/) but now you can catch me either getting my rave on or DJing at Aperture, a drum and bass night in Clwb Ifor Bach. Vinyl only, of course.

I am a Newport badman who is into anything with a strong vibe. I play guitar and piano and I’m the next big thing. No doubt I’ll be plastered all over Stereoboard.com in the next year or two. I think Stereoboard is great because I'm constantly discovering new artists and bands to inspire me. Favourite colour: Blue. Shoe size: 12. I'm also the best footballer at Stereoboard.com. If I don’t make it with my music, look out for me on Match of the Day.

Rob currently lives in the city of Plymouth down in sunny Devon. Originally from Reading, he has become a veteran of the local festival there since first attending in 1995 to see Green Day. Rob spends much of his spare time going to gigs, although these days you are more likely to find him at the back, sipping a beer, than in the moshpit.

Newport based photographer, l have been into photography since I was a kid, last couple of years have seen it develop on a professional level. I shot numerous weddings and portraits, until I found my true photography passion with live gigs. Got a lucky break with my first gig at the Stereophonics last June, baptism of fire or what! Loved it and don't seem to have stopped since - also the band photographer for local welsh band 4th Street Traffic.

I grew up mostly listening to my fathers CD collection, which is just as well since that was filled with Clapton, Meatloaf, Queen, Dire Straits and other legends. It could have been worse and been my mothers which had UB40 and New Kids on the Block. Eww. I've always been about discovering new music, in such a way that I attended some of Biffy Clyro, Snow Patrol and The Killers earliest gigs. This is why writing reviews for Stereoboard appealed so much.

Living in the city with probably the worst music scene in the UK, Swansea, I act like I know a lot more about cool music than I actually do. Yes, I my favourite bands include The National, Arcade Fire, Animal Collective, Caribou and Radiohead amongst a lot more, but should I, as a 21 year old, be ashamed of telling the world that I idolise Bruce Springsteen as something of a god? I don't think so!

I live in Cardiff and writing for Stereoboard is one third of my trilogy of musical side projects alongside playing drums and DJing for local hospital radio. I would consider my tastes to be pretty varied with my favourite artists including The Who, Oasis, AC/DC, Daft Punk, The Jam, Candle Thieves and Tom McRae.

I’m Stereoboard’s resident posh-accented prog rock fan although I also have a strange penchant for extreme metal, something that most of my friends find extremely worrying. I credit Radiohead and Biffy Clyro with getting me into real music and alongside bands such as Oceansize and Opeth, they're still my favourites. I love going to gigs and attempting to get everyone else to listen to the latest awesome band I've discovered.

I am an 18 year old music enthusiast from western Scotland, (although I've been about a fair bit!), and I will be studying English at Stirling University from next September. Slightly pretentious, but always right of course, I love music that is atmospheric, interesting or that actually goes somewhere. I'm one of those sensitive wee belters who enjoys listening to Sigur Rós in the winter, and finds crescendos are more exciting than hooks. Oh, and I love going to gigs.

I'm a 20 year old History Student at Queens University Belfast. My musical cornerstones are Thin Lizzy and Rory Gallagher, supplemented by more modern artists such as The Raconteurs. I'm also a huge supporter of unsigned bands, especially here in Ireland and listen to local acts just as much as globally known artists.

Resigned to the notion that no one cares a hoot about his opinion, Dave Evans sticks to writing off-the-wall features which focus on things … er, things that happen to spring to mind. He is the author of the acclaimed novel, Bitter Taste, and has nigh-on completed the follow up entitled Sour Grapes. He likes Tom Waits and his favourite colour is blue – not royal blue or azure, more the darker shades like navy or cobalt blue at a pinch.

Lover of rock and metal, writing and touring, I love to smash all of them together. Give me some classic rock or something obnoxiously loud and I'll probably be happy. Favourites would be Alice Cooper, Rob Zombie, Avenged Sevenfold, Slipknot... It varies through all music, but smack on a good riff and I'm more than likely sold. For all I love writing, I hate writing about myself...

I'm a music obsessive from the concrete town of Milton Keynes. My taste is slightly eclectic although I'm definitely a classic indie girl at heart. A lot of my favourites tend to be the "M's" at the moment - The Maccabees, Muse, Mystery Jets. Not that I'm that exclusive with the bands that frequent my iPod and gig back catalogue! If I'm not listening to music or going to gigs, then I'm writing about it all for Stereoboard!
