Keys’ new album, ‘The Element of Freedom’ is due out on December 15th, naturally in time for Christmas. The album’s lead single ‘Doesn’t Mean Anything’ is already released and racing up the charts. The album will feature several guest artists, including Beyoncé on the track ‘Put it in a Love Song’.
Also an actress, Keys has appeared in television and film including ‘The Nanny Diaries’, ‘Smokin’ Aces’ and her voice is due to star in an upcoming Disney film ‘Bell, Book & Candle’.
When’s she’s not being an entertainer, Keys is philanthropising her hiene off, she’s the ambassador and co-founder of ‘Keep a Child Alive’ an medicine-providing African AIDS charity, gives children scholarships through ‘Frum tha Ground Up’, performs at charity concerts and helps under-privileged grannies cross the road.
