INTRODUCING: Never Mind The Stars - France (Video)

'France' is the second single from the Dutch electro multi-instrumentalist / producer / Never Mind the Stars. The dutch based outfit is fronted by Simon Little. Alongside his duties as frontman, Simon Little turns entrepreneur to run his own label Strfckr Records, with several signings and collaborations to announce later this year.

Never Mind The Stars was formed by Simon to take his DFA-influenced dance-rock to the dancefloors this summer. Their accessible anti-pop has garnered them an underground following in the Netherlands and builds on their dance music credentials following collaborations with the likes of Candy Dulfer & Lois Lane and Van Velzen (from the latest Armin van Buuren single).

'France' is centered around a blistering bass backdrop and an infectious synth motif that takes its cues from the likes of Guy Called Gerald, The Future Sound Of London, Daft Punk and The XX. A sound that's at home in the ebbs and flows of Shoreditch gutters, the smoke filled cafes of Amsterdam and on the sweat soaked floors of Ibiza clubs alike - Never Mind The Stars do their very best to defy categorization.
