Ducktails is the psychedelic pop project of American singer-songwriter and instrumentalist Matt Mondanile, from Northampton, Massachusetts, who performs alongside Josh da Costa, Malcolm Perkins and Ross Chait.
Formed in 2006, he released his self-titled debut album in 2009, which was followed by ‘Landscapes’, later the same year. He gained a wider audience in 2011, with the release of ‘Ducktails III: Arcade Dynamics’, ‘The Flower Lane’ in 2013 and ‘St. Catherine’, in 2015. He is set to release his latest album, ‘Jersey Devil’, on October 9, via New Images Limited. Ducktails will headline a show at London’s Moth Club in October.
