Edgar Winter, brother of the late Johnny, hails from Texas and put out his first album, ‘Entrance’, back in 1970. It was with ‘They Only Come Out At Night’, though, that he hit his stride. The 1972 record featured the hit single Frankenstein and made Winter a household name. Winter’s current discography runs to 10 full lengths, with ‘Rebel Road’, his most recent effort, featuring guitar from his brother and Slash. In December 2015, Winter returns to the UK for a headline set at London’s KOKO.
