Frightened Rabbit are a Scottish indie-rock outfit that formed back in 2003. Consisting of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Scott Hutchison, bassist Billy Kennedy, lead guitarist Andy Monaghan, drummer Grant Hutchison, and guitarist and keyboardist Gordon Skene, the band released their debut album ‘Sing the Greys’ in 2006.
2008 saw the band put out their second record ‘The Midnight Organ Fight’, earning them a spot supporting Death Cab for Cutie - and the #2 spot in Drowned in Sound’s Top Fifty Albums of the Year (and similar positions in a number of end-of-year press charts). Their third record ‘The Winter of Mixed Drinks’ became their first to chart in the UK (hitting #61) and has paved the way for a highly-anticipated fourth, out early on in 2013.
