Ginger Baker is an English singer-songwriter and musician hailing from Lewisham, London. A talented music man, he’s best known as a drummer and is perhaps most recognisable as the man behind the Cream drumkit.
Known to perform anything from jazz, psychedelic rock, fusion, blues, and eclectic ‘World music’, he’s also got a penchant for a lengthy drum solo, something which earned him recognition earlier in his career. A keen solo artist, he's released a handful of albums and EPs over his career - his first being 'Horses and Trees' in 1986, and the latest being 2014's 'Why?'.
