English-Irish popstars Girls Aloud are one of the most successful girl-group Britain has ever seen - even though they began their career through reality television show Popstars: The Rivals back in 2002. Since then, they’ve managed a string of twenty consecutive top ten singles - including four #1’s - five platinum albums, and a decent haul of awards.
Their incredible success may have been too much for the group, whose members were individually becoming stars in their own right - in particular Cheryl Cole, who’s now an established solo star - and the group began an indefinite hiatus. 2012 has been a magic year for reunions and get-togethers, though, and they’ll be getting back together to celebrate their 10th anniversary with a live tour and some new music. Check below to see if Girls Aloud are performing a show near you this winter!

Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding was arrested last Thursday, according to reports online - after using her phone whilst driving and then failing to stop for police.
Sarah Harding and the rest of Girls Aloud are reportedly furious at their bandmate Nadine Coyle, after she tweeted that the group’s split was nothing to do with her - and all to do with the rest of them.
Members of Girls Aloud look set to go their separate ways after their anticipated 10th anniversary arena tour. The news, reported by The Sun, comes as the girls are about to announce extra dates to cash in on the huge demand once the split is officially announced.
