Grandaddy are an indie rock from Modesto, California.
Formed in 1992, the band self-released a handful of records before making their commercial debut with ‘Under the Western Freeway’, in 1997. They put out a further three albums before disbanding in 2006. They reunited six years later, putting out their fifth and most recent studio album, 'Last Place', in 2017. As well as headlining their own shows and tours across the world, the band have also supported the likes of Elliott Smith and Coldplay, and have appeared at Glastonbury festival.
