Due to phenomenal demand, multi-platinum selling superstar Nicki Minaj has announced a further two shows will be added to her previously announced UK Arena tour this October and November. Second shows have been added to The ‘Pink Friday Reloaded’ Tour in Manchester and Newcastle. The tour will also stop in Nottingham, Liverpool, Birmingham, London Sheffield and Cardiff. Nicki Minaj Tickets for the newly added dates go on sale 9am on Friday 6th July.
As well as these added shows, it has also been announced that Young Money’s latest rising star Tyga, has been announced as special guest on all European dates. Tyga’s standout performances on Young Money’s ‘We Are Young Money’ album (notably on the singles 'Bedrock' and 'Roger That'), Chris Brown’s 'Deuces' and a multitude of well-received mix-tapes set the stage for his highly anticipated Young Money/Cash Money debut album, ‘Careless World: Rise of The Last King’, which includes the debut single 'Far Away' featuring Cash Money artist Chris Richardson.
2011 was an incredible year for Nicki, with her multi-platinum selling debut album 'Pink Friday' boasting the most charted singles by any female rap album in Billboard history. Nicki also became the first artist to have 7 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart simultaneously.
Her second studio album, the certified Gold Selling ‘Pink Friday…Roman Reloaded,’ was released in April this year, crashing straight to Number 1 in the UK charts. It has already spawned one of the most successful singles of the year – ‘Starships’ which is 3 x platinum in the UK, was Top 20 on iTunes in more than 40 countries and to date has received 41 million views online.
