Maroon 5 First Act Confirmed For Grammy Nomination Concert

American pop-rockers Maroon 5 have been confirmed to perform at this year’s Grammy Nominations concert, making them the first act of many to be announced.
The concert takes place on December 5th and will see all of the nominations for the next edition of the Grammy Awards announced at the same time, alongside a host of performances from a number of exciting bands - such as Maroon 5.
Organisers of the Grammys tweeted earlier today:
They added: “Stay tuned tomorrow morning (September 19) for more info about the upcoming GRAMMY Nominations Concert Live!”
Recording Academy president Neil Portnow is excited for the event, which he has decided to move from Los Angeles to Nashville. Explaining the move, he told Digital Spy: “There's probably no city more renowned as a music centre in America and probably the world than Nashville, Tennessee. We have had a great experience with the city of Nashville as an organisation.”
