Ticket Seller Takes Out Newspaper Advert To Sell Rolling Stones Tickets For £2,750

Ticket touts who capitalised on the incredible rush for The Rolling Stones tickets have decided that they’re now too busy to go around selling their expensive tickets outside the venue - and have begun placing newspaper advertisements to help them shift them instead - with prices reaching almost £3,000.
 If you pick up a copy of today’s (November 15th) Metro and flick to the London theatre, pantomimes and performances adverts, you’ll find an advert from someone called Suzy selling tickets for the 'best position available’ for the band’s second London show.
Although it includes food and drinks, the price of the tickets is extremely large and prices out most fans. But, despite asking for a minimum of £2,750 - with bidding encouraged - the tickets are dwarfed by the price of some that were attempted to be sold online previously, which reached a ridiculous £15,000+.
The original price of tickets saw the band come under major scrutiny, something which the band have since defended, saying: ’You might say, 'The tickets are too expensive' - well, it's a very expensive show to put on, just to do four shows, because normally you do a hundred shows and you'd have the same expenses.’
