The Rolling Stones have premièred the video for their new track 'Doom And Gloom'. Directed by Jonas Ackerlund, the video stars Mick, Keith, Charlie and Ronnie, as well as Noomi Rapace. 'Doom And Gloom' is taken from 'GRRR!' the Stones' latest greatest hits collection released earlier this month.
The new track constitutes the first time Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood have all been together in the recording studio since completing the exalted 'A Bigger Bang' album in 2005, and follow on from the critically-acclaimed expanded re-releases of the historic 40th Anniversary live Madison Square Garden concert 'Get Yer Ya-Ya’s Out' in November 2009, and of two of their seventies masterworks, 'Exile on Main St.', in May 2010, and 'Some Girls', in November last year.
Tickets for The Rolling Stones in London later this month are now selling at a fraction of the face value as touts and ticket sellers attempt to shift their tickets before the gigs take place.
Originally, prices ranged from a ‘low’ of £106 to an incredible £406, with VIP and hotel packages going for £629-950. However, Stereoboard has seen fans snapping up £406 tickets for less than £150. Prices are continuing to drop as the events approach with ticket sellers looking to shift their unsold tickets before they become nothing more than an expensive piece of memorabilia.
