Jack and Amanda Palmer are an American father and daughter duo.
Starting her music career in 1989, as the lead singer, pianist, and lyricist/composer of the duo The Dresden Dolls, the band released two albums before splitting in 2008. Palmer went on to undertake a solo career, releasing two solo albums, ‘Who Killed Amanda Palmer’ in 2008 and ‘Theatre Is Evil’ in2012. She has now teamed up with her father to release a covers album, ‘‘You Got Me Singing’, on July 15, 2016. Jack and Amanda Palmer are set to play London’s KOKO in June.
