Josh Kumra is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist who has recently signed for Sony RCA. A rising star, he has been musical from an early age, picking up the guitar at 12 and learning to sing shortly after. After moving from Swindon to London, he met Tottenham-based rapper Wretch 32, and created the track ‘Don’t Go’ - which went on to top the UK Singles chart in 2011.
Following the song’s success, he was invited to perform with Wretch 32 on Later with Jools Holland and a selection of the UK’s biggest musical festivals. Now focusing on his own material, he released his debut single ‘Helicopters & Planes’ in summer 2012, and his debut record lands in February 2013.
