Kid Congo and The Pink Monkey Birds is an American rock band, consisting of Kid Congo Powers, Kiki Solis, Ron Miller and Mark Cisneros.
Formed in 2006, as a project between Kid Congo Powers and Jack Martin, releasing the album, ‘Philosophy and Underwear’, the same year, the lineup expanded for their second album, ‘Dracula Boots’, in 2009. ‘Gorilla Rose’ was released in 2011, followed by ‘Haunted Head’ in 2013. The band released their latest album, ‘La Araña Es La Vida’ in April 2016. Kid Congo and The Pink Monkey Birds head out across the UK in June in support of ‘La Araña Es La Vida’.
