Kings of Leon is a US alternative rock band originating from Oklahoma but formed in Nashville in 1999. The band is formed by brothers Anthony Followill, lead singer and rhythm guitarist, Ivan Followill, drummer and percussionist and Michael Followill, bass guitarist with their cousin Cameron Followill, lead guitarist and named in memory of their grandfather Leon.

Their earlier music hosted southern rock and blues influences, though has expanded over time to include a variety of genre’s and a more alternative sound. The boys achieved their initial success in the UK with an awarded total of nine Top 40 singles, two BRIT Awards in 2008 as well as all three of their albums hitting the top five in the UK Album Charts. Five albums later and a worldwide fanbase gives rise to the band's UK Tour kicking off in June next year. Check below for tour dates.
