MS MR is an American art-rock or ‘dream pop’ duo hailing from New York that formed 2011. Consisting of singer Lizzy Plapinger and producer Max Hershenow, they create a unique and unparalleled sound often umbrellas as dark wave, ‘dream pop’, or art-rock - whatever you call it, its earned them fans across the globe.
Releasing their debut singles ‘Hurricane’ and ‘Fantasy’ in 2012, they quickly began work on what was their debut album ‘Secondhand Rapture’, which found its way into the charts when it hit shelves. Having toured the album across both sides of the pond, MS MR returned to the studio to work on new material, and have already delivered Painted, the first taste of their second record 'How Does It Feel', which is released July 2015. They've confirmed a London show for June to support the release of the new album, and will return again to the UK for a short tour in November - get your tickets now!
