Rich Robinson Tickets, Tour Dates & Concerts 2024/2025 ♫Last Updated: 28 May 2015 10:49am
Rich Robinson is an American blues rock singer-songwriter and musician hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. Born in 1969, he is a more than talented guitarist and made a name for himself as the lead axeman of The Black Crowes, a band he founded with his brother Chris Robinson.
Following their split (as well as a short-lived second outfit called Hookah Brown), he embarked on a solo career, taking on lead vocals for the first time. It proved to be a success, seeing him release a number of collections and performing big shows alongside his live crew. His debut album, 2004’s ‘Paper’, was birthed out of brand new tracks he had worked out while touring with his backing band, and material from his Hookah Brown period, and set him on the path to success. As time went by, he would continue to experiment and perform with a range of musicians - including an outfit called Circle Sounds, who helped him put together his second LP ‘Through a Crooked Sun’ - and in 2014, he came back with his third, ‘The Ceaseless Light’. Catch him performing live in the UK in autumn 2015. Set Country & Currency Upcoming Rich Robinson Events
