Sam Callahan is an English singer hailing from Essex. Born in 1994, he would start his career in music as a part of a band managed by Geri Halliwell, but later leave the group in around 2011 to pursue a solo career. His first ever single, Runaway Train, would hit shelves in 2012.
Before entering The X Factor in 2013, he would support District3 and Union J - two bands who appeared on the show - at gigs in Scotland, setting himself to become one of the favourites to win the tenth series of the competition, impressing with You're Beautiful and You Need Me, I Don't Need You in his auditions.
