Sleater-Kinney are an alt-rock band hailing from Olympia, Washington.

Formed in 1994, the band currently consists of Corin Tucker and Carrie Brownstein, who both share vocal and guitar duties.

Well known as part of the '90s Riot Grrrl scene in Washington, they put out their self-titled debut LP in 1995, going on to release six more LPs until 2006, when they announced an indefinite hiatus.

Making their return in 2014, their discography now totals 11 studio albums, with the latest being 2024's 'Little Rope'.

Sleater-Kinney will support their new LP with shows in Glasgow and Leeds in August 2024, which follows an extensive North American tour that runs between February and April, and an handful of Australian and New Zealand dates in May of that year.
