Afrika Bambaataa, real name Kevin Donovan, is a American hip-hop, breakbeat, and electro music producer and DJ from The Bronx, New York.

Starting his music career in 1975, he released his debut album, ‘Death Mix’ in 1983. His latest release was ‘Death Mix 2’ in 2006.

Helping reformed gang members become part of his Universal Zulu Nation, Afrika Bambaataa’s achievements in the music world have been incredible, and he continues to inspired musicians to this day.
