Ant Middleton is an adventurer, writer, TV personality and former soldier from Portsmouth.
He joined the army in 1998, going on to enlist in the Royal Marines in 2005. With titles as a UK Special Forces soldier, Royal Marines Commando and Royal Engineer in the British Army, he is best known for being the Chief Instructor on Channel 4's popular series SAS: Who Dares Wins between 2015 and 2021. He has gone on to host and appear in several more endurance shows—such as Extreme Everest With Ant Middleton, which saw him climb the world's tallest mountain—he has also written several books, including a collaborative release alongside Special Forces colleagues-turned-TV presenters Jason Fox, Matthew "Ollie" Ollerton and Colin Maclachlan. Ant Middleton will kick off 2024 with his Fear Bubble: Your Life, Your Time Tour across Australia and New Zealand.
