Babymetal Tickets, Tour Dates & Concerts 2023/2024 ♫

Babymetal are a Japanese heavy metal outfit hailing from Tokyo. Formed after the break of 2010, Babymetal is a hardcore band with a difference (the name may give it away!)... each of its three members are young female Japanese 'idols'!

Though they admittedly had no idea what metal was initially, Babymetal - Su-Metal, Moametal, and Yuimetal - took the Oricon charts by storm, thanks to their angelic take on metal screaming and moshing.

Signed to the Toy's Factory label, they even started smashing their way into the international metal scene, clawing their ways into charts in the US, the UK, and Europe, and shared the stage with the likes of artists ranging from Metallica to Lady Gaga and Deftones to Slayer.

Having spent 2014 reaching events like Sonisphere Festival and a headline event at London’s Electric Ballroom, as well as releasing their acclaimed - and hugely popular - eponymous debut album, it looks like Babymetal’s viral status is to continue.

Following the release of their second record, 'Metal Resistance' in 2016, Babymetal played shows in the UK, North America and Europe, as well as festival slots at the likes of Download and even Glastonbury. In 2018, they announced the departure of Yuimetal.
