Betty Boo—real name Alison Moira Clarkson—is a singer-songwriter from London.
First rising to fame in the 1980s, she released her Platinum-selling debut album 'Boomania' in 1990, followed by 'GRRR! It's Betty Boo' in 1992. 30 years later, she followed them up with her third LP 'Boomerang' in 2022 and, most recently, 'Rip Up The Rulebook' in 2024. Also a successful songwriter, she has penned tracks for the likes of Girls Aloud, Dannii Minogue, The Tweenies and Sophie Ellis-Bextor. Betty Boo will embark on a UK tour in June 2025.
