Tickets to see the Spice Girls, right? Mel B, Emma Bunton, Geri Horner and Melanie C will reunite and perform at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, Coventry’s Ricoh Arena, Sunderland’s Stadium of Light, Edinburgh’s BT Murraryfield Stadium, Bristol’s Ashton Gate Stadium and London’s Wembley Stadium during June. Victoria Beckham won’t be joining them, though, due to her business commitments. Tickets go on sale at 10.30am on Saturday, November 10, while Jess Glynne will support.

The Chemical Brothers at All Points East

No sooner have you removed the mud from your wellies, than 2019’s festival season is starting to heat up. Only a small number of festivals have started showing their hands, with All Points East confirming the Chemical Brothers as their first headliner. The dance legends will take over the event at Victoria Park in London on May 24 with Hot Chip, Primal Scream, Spiritualized, Little Dragon, Danny Brown, Little Simz and Ibibio Sound Machine also on the bill. Tickets are on sale at 9am on November 9.

A-Ha

A-Ha will celebrate ‘Hunting High and Low’ with shows at Dublin’s 3Arena, the SSE Arena Belfast, Glasgow’s SEC Armadillo, Leeds’ First Direct Arena, London’s Royal Albert Hall and Brighton Centre next November. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on November 9.

Lynyrd Skynyrd

The legendary southern rock band will return to UK arenas next summer for their Last Of The Street Survivors farewell tour, calling in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and London, where they’ll play the SSE Arena Wembley on June 29. At their final UK shows they will be joined by special guests Status Quo. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on November 9.

Alice In Chains

The Seattle grunge icons will play Glasgow’s Braehead Arena on May 23, the Arena Birmingham on May 24 and the SSE Arena Wembley in London the following day, joined by special guests Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on November 9.

David Gray

The Babylon singer-songwriter will release his first collection of new material in four years, ‘Gold In A Brass Age’, on March 8 through IHT Records/AWAL Recordings, accompanied by an extensive 17-date tour across the UK and Ireland. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on November 9.

Paul Weller

The legendary singer-songwriter, who recently returned with ‘True Meanings’, is set to call at Westonbirt Arboretum, Bedgebury Pinetum, Thetford Forest, Delamere Forest, Dalby Forest, Sherwood Pines and Cannock Chase throughout June and into July as part of the Forest Live series. Tickets are on sale at 9am on November 9.

Idles

The post-punks, who are on the road supporting ‘Joy As An Act Of Resistance’, have lined up spring shows in Sheffield, Cardiff, Norwich, Brighton, Belfast, Dublin, Manchester and London, where they’ll play two nights at the Electric Ballroom in Camden. Tickets are on sale at 9am on November 9.

Russell Howard

The comedian will return with his biggest globe-spanning Respite tour in 2019, launching at Newcastle Metro Radio Arena before additional arena shows in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Birmingham, Cardiff, Nottingham, Leeds, Sheffield, Bournemouth, Manchester, Liverpool and London, where he’ll take over the SSE Arena Wembley.
