U2 Hit #1 On Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart For January

It’s a new year so we thought we’d give you a new chart. For the next few months we’ll be bringing you monthly instalments listing not just our top 20 best selling acts, but a whopping 40!

Kicking things off at #1 are Irish rockers U2, who have soared to the top spot with The Joshua Tree tourFollowing closely behind are  Little Mix who have lined up a Summer Shout Out tour and autumn Glory Days tour. Making up the rest of the top five is Drake , who is currently on the road in the UK for the Boy Meets World tour, Neil Diamond, who will bring his 50th anniversary tour to the UK and Ireland in October and Bruno Mars, who will bring his 24K Magic World Tour to arenas around the UK and Ireland in April and May.

At the bottom of the chart we have The Stone RosesBonoboShawn MendesStrictly Come Dancing and Tory Lanez. Come back and see us next month to see if they’re able to hold on to their top 40 positions or if we’ll be waving them goodbye.

Stereoboard Hot Ticket Chart: November 28 – December 11

We had a few glitches last week so weren’t able to bring you the chart on time. But we’ve doubled up so you can rest easy because you haven’t missed a thing.

Having announced The Finale shows at London’s Wembley Stadium Adele has found herself back at #1 on the chart. Following closely behind are Guns N RosesOlly MursPaul Weller and  Micky Flanagan.

Meanwhile, the last chart’s top spot holder, Bruno Mars, has dropped to #7, Bryan Adams has entered the chart in an impressive sixth position, Little Mix are up four places, Strictly Come Dancing are down four and we’ve got a bunch of new names joining us, including Emeli SandeRicky GervaisKISS and Ritchie Blackmores Rainbow.

Rag ‘N’ Bone Man, aka Rory Graham, will embark on a UK tour following the release of his debut album, ‘Human’, out on February 10 through Columbia/Best Laid Plans. Stops include Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow and Birmingham, along with two nights at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, between April 18 and 24. DEACON BLUE

Deacon Blue will headline next year’s Montrose Music Festival on May 26, with the Beach Boys set to bring the festival’s 10th anniversary celebrations to an end the following day. Bruno Mars Tops Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart

We’re a little late with it, but below is Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart for November 21 to 27.

Bruno Mars has risen to #1 and knocked Cockney comedian Micky Flanagan down into second place. Following closely behind to make up the rest of the top five are The xxUB40 Featuring Ali, Astro and Mickey and The Kooks.

Meanwhile, Robbie Williams has gone from #3 to #6, Coldplay are up three places, Phil Collins is holding strong at #8 and James Arthur has dropped eight places. Little Mix have also done well to protect a top 20 position, going from last place on the last chart to #17 this week.

There are a shedload of shows going on sale soon, including tickets for Adele at Wembley, KISS‘ UK arena shows, Olly Murs‘ summer tour, new Bryan Adams dates and Richard Ashcroft‘s spring UK arena run. Check back in with us later this week to see if any of them have bumped Bruno off the top spot.

Reading Festival Reaches #1 On Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart

With the event only two weeks away Reading Festival has topped Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart, followed closely by V Festival, which will take place next week. Meanwhile, last week’s top spot holders, Avenged Sevenfold, have dropped to #7 and Justin Bieber is a non-mover in fourth place.

Death Grips have done well to enter the chart at #8, while below them are Pixies, having fallen from #6 last week. Beyonce is also on her way down the chart, coming in at #15, as is Jamie T, who now holds the penultimate position.

On sale in the next week are some seriously big name shows. You’ve got Super Furry AnimalsThe Flaming Lips, SkeptaSuicide Silence and Sean Paul, among many, many others. Come back and see us next week to see if Reading Festival will continue its reign at the top of the chart.

Avenged Sevenfold Hit #1 On Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart

Avenged Sevenfold have knocked Jamie T off the top of Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart and all the way down to #16.  At #2 we have funnyman Greg Davies and David Gilmour is a non-mover this week at #3.  Justin Bieber has made a nice comeback, rising from #10 last week to #4 this week, and Reading Festival has returned to the chart at #5, with the event being just three weeks away.

We say hello to newcomer Bianca Del Rio, who has made her chart debut at #7. Very nice! Not having such a good week are Pixies, who, although still in the top 10, have dropped four places, and Jess Glynne, who has gone from #12 to last place on the chart.
