Genesis

Rock band Genesis — currently featuring Tony Banks, Phil Collins and Mike Rutherford with Nic Collins (Phil’s son) on drums and long time guitar and bass player Daryl Stuermer — will return to stages at arenas in Dublin, Belfast, Liverpool, Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and London, where they’ll play the O2 Arena, between November 16 and December 11. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on March 6.

Niall Horan

The former One Direction member will bring his Nice To Meet Ya Tour to arenas in Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester, Belfast, Dublin, Birmingham and London, where he’ll play the SSE Arena Wembley, between October 21 and November 3. The trek shares its name with the lead single from his new album, ‘Heartbreak Weather’, out on March 13. His live plans also include dates in North America in spring and Australia earlier in the autumn. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on March 6.

Jeff Wayne’s War Of The Worlds

Jeff Wayne’s Musical Version of The War Of The Worlds will tour the UK in spring 2021, returning with Wayne conducting the nine-piece Black Smoke Band and Liam Neeson reprising his 3D hologram role as the Journalist. There’s also several new features for next year’s run, including a huge bridge from the stage out over the audience to the front of house desk, panoramic screens with two hours of CGI footage, plus a new lighting show, pyrotechnics and special effects. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on March 6.

Texas will celebrate the 30th anniversary of ‘Southside’ on the road this autumn, performing their 1989 debut album in full at 23 shows in October and November. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on March 6.

Brian Wilson

The Beach Boys co-founder will be joined by former bandmates Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin at shows in Brighton, Glasgow, Gateshead, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Leeds, Blackpool, Cambridge and London, where he’ll perform at the Royal Albert Hall in London on June 1. OneRepublic

As part of a wider European tour, the American pop-rock band will play the SEC Armadillo in Glasgow on October 13, Manchester’s O2 Apollo the next day and the Eventim Apollo in London on October 15. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on March 6. The sextet are expected to put out their fifth album later this year.

De La Soul

The legendary Long Island hip hop trio will mark their 30 year anniversary with shows in Birmingham, Nottingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Brighton, Southampton, Manchester and Glasgow during May. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on March 6.

Diversity have added stops in Southend and Northampton to their Born Ready 10th Anniversary tour plans, calling at the Cliffs Pavilion on October 13 and Royal and Derngate on November 7.

Legendary artists Bob Dylan and Neil Young have been announced for next year’s British Summer Time series at London’s Hyde Park, while the 1975 will perform a massive show at Bellahouston Park in August as part of the Glasgow Summer Sessions series.

As if that wasn’t exciting enough, Rod Stewart and Little Mix have added arena dates to their 2019 tour plans, the Chemical Brothers have announced a new album and accompanying tour dates, Lenny Kravitz will return in the summer and Foals have announced their first show of 2019, confirming a headline performance at next year’s This Is Tomorrow festival! Bob Dylan and Neil Young at BST Hyde Park

The legendary singer-songwriters will share the bill at next year’s British Summer Time series at London’s Hyde Park on July 12, with Dylan being joined by his band and Young arriving backed by Promise of the Real. The 1975

Rod Stewart

The legendary singer has added four arena shows to his 2019 tour, calling at Glasgow’s SSE Hydro Arena on November 28, Liverpool’s Echo Arena on December 10 and the O2 Arena in London on December 17 and 19. Adele Back On Top Of Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart

Adele has proved that you can’t keep a good woman down and is back at #1 on Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart, pushing Stevie Wonder into second place, closely followed by Bruce Springsteen, who has risen from #8 on the last chart to #3 this week. Justin Bieber has also climbed into the top five this week, along with Muse.

The Tenderloins are not having a very good week as they’ve fallen from #3 to #9, but Dynamo has worked his magic and has managed to go from nearly leaving the top 20, being in last place, to rising to #13.
