This Week’s New Releases: Alicia Keys, Green Day, And Neil Young and Crazy Horse

This will be our last new releases blog post of the year, so it’s a twofer, including this week and next’s new records.

Today we’ve got new music from Alicia Keys, who has dropped two versions of her new record; ‘Originals’ and ‘Unlocked’. Green Day have released a live LP that brings together the band’s sessions recorded for the BBC between 1994 and 2001, and Neil Young and Crazy Horse have put out their long awaited new album ‘Barn’.

This Week’s New Releases: Slipknot, Marika Hackman, Feeder And Bon Iver

This week everyone is talking about the latest LP from masked fiends Slipknot, but face-melting records aside there’s plenty more to be getting on with this week. Feeder are back with the follow up to 2016’s ‘All Bright Electric’ and Marika Hackman’s highly anticipated new album has arrived.

It’s also worth noting that Bon Iver have dropped their new album, ‘i,i’, three weeks early. It was originally slated to arrive on August 30 but you can stream and purchase it in full now.

Disney On Ice presents Passport to Adventure will tour the UK this autumn and winter, hitting arenas in Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield and London. Tickets are on pre-sale at 9am on April 28, prior to general sale at 9am on May 5.

The comedian has confirmed additional shows starting towards the end of January and culminating on March 24 in Newcastle. Video Of The Week: Skrillex And Rick Ross – Purple Lamborghini


Skrillex and Rick Ross have shared a video for Purple Lamborghini, which stars actor and Thirty Seconds To Mars frontman Jared Leto.

The track features on the Suicide Squad soundtrack, which also boasts tracks from Grimes, Twenty One Pilots, Kehlani, Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Eminem, Panic! At The Disco and Action Bronson, among others. Leto plays The Joker in the film.
