Ariana Grande will bring her Sweetner tour to the UK and Ireland in August and picking up again in September, while Shawn Mendes has announced that extra tickets for every night on his spring arena tour will be released this Friday. 

Stereophonics are the latest headliner to be announced for Lytham Festival and Pete Tong and the Heritage Orchestra have lined up outdoor summer dates at Sandown Park Racecourse and Newmarket Racecourse on July 31 and August 2 respectively as part of the Jockey Club Live series.

Tour Of The Week: Cher To Perform In The UK For The First Time In Over 14 Years

Cher is heading back on tour for the first time in over 14 years. Cher tickets are on sale now, priced £45.00 plus booking fees.

The superstar has lined up seven autumn dates for the UK and Ireland leg of her Here We Go Again world tour, at Manchester Arena, Birmingham Arena, the SSE Hydro Arena in Glasgow, Leeds’ First Direct Arena, the 3Arena in Dublin and London’s O2 Arena for two nights.

Cher holds the UK Record for the biggest selling single of all time by a female artist for Believe. The shows will see the icon performing hits from her huge repertoire as well as new songs from the ‘Dancing Queen’ album, her tribute to the music of ABBA, which is out now. Cher said:

“I’m very excited to bring this show to the UK. It was the first country to embrace Sonny and Cher, and it’s where we created and had our first success with Believe. It’s really my second home.”

Cher recently returned to the big screen with a performance in the hit film Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again followed by the release of her new album inspired by the movie, ‘Dancing Queen’. Head below to stream the title track.

Tour Of The Week: Noel Gallagher Confirms Summer Open Air Shows Including Homecoming Gig At Manchester’s Heaton Park

Noel Gallagher has lined up a series of open air concerts for summer 2019. Noel Gallagher tickets are on sale now, priced between £27.50 and £55.00 plus fees.

The former Oasis guitarist will be accompanied by his backing band, the High Flying Birds, for huge shows at Cardiff Castle on May 24, Earlham Park in Norwich the following day, Dublin’s Malahide Castle on June 16 and Powerderham Castle in Exeter on June 30.

The run also includes a massive hometown performance at Manchester’s Heaton Park on June 7, Gallagher’s biggest outdoor gig of 2019 and his first at Heaton Park performance since Oasis’ infamous shows there in 2009. He’ll be joined by Austin-based quartet White Denim and fellow Manchester natives Doves, who announced their return last week after a nine-year break.

Gallagher and band, who released ‘Who Built the Moon?’ last year, also headline next year’s This Is Tomorrow festival in Newcastle on May 25.

Tour Of The Week: The Chemical Brothers To Return With ‘No Geography’ And Accompanying Arena Shows

The Chemical Brothers will return in 2019 with a new album and accompanying tour dates. The Chemical Brothers tickets are on sale now, priced between £29.50 and £42.50 plus fees.

‘No Geography’ is set to arrive next spring and will include their recently shared single, Free Yourself. The track’s accompanying video is currently Stereoboard’s Video of the Week, while the album is yet to receive an official release date. Stay tuned for details.

Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons have also confirmed tour dates in support of the follow up to 2015’s ‘Born In The Echoes’.
