Led by Bob Geldof, the band formed in 1975 and went on to have a number of huge hits, including the #1 singles Rat Trap and I Dont Like Mondays. Releasing a string of six successful studio albums, they eventually split in 1986, but would make a triumphant return over 25 years later, releasing their seventh and most recent album 'Citizens Of Boomtown' in 2020.
