Candlebox is an American grunge band from Seattle, Washington, currently comprising Kevin Martin, Adam Kury, Brian Quinn, Island Styles and BJ Kerwin.
Formed in 1990, the band signed to Madonna's Maverick Records and put out their self-titled debut album in 1994. ‘Lucy’ followed in 1995, and ‘Happy Pills’ was released in 1998. The band then dropped ‘Into the Sun’ through Silent Majority Group in 2008, before ‘Love Stories & Other Musings’ in 2012 via Audionest. Their sixth full-length, 'Disappearing In Airports’ followed in 2016 via Pavement Music, before 'Wolves' in 2021. Their final album, 'The Long Goodbye' arrived in 2023. As part of their final farewell tour, Candlebox will set out for their first, and last, Australian tour in January 2024.
