Caravan are a seminal English rock band hailing from the Canterbury area. Formed by former Wilde Flowers members David Sinclair, Pye Hastings, Richard Sinclair, and Richard Coughlan.
The band found success throughout the 70s after forming in 1968, and have gone on to release fourteen studio albums in their long history, their latest being the 2013 release 'Paradise Filter'. Despite their countless line-up changes - they currently consist of original member Pye Hastings alongside Geoffrey Richardson, Jan Schelhaas, Jim Leverton, Mark Walker - the band continues to be active to this day.
