Chris Ramsey is an English stand-up comedian and actor from South Shields, South Tyneside.
Starting his comedy career in 2007, he took his debut show, Aggrophobic, to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2010. He followed it up with Offermation in 2011, which was was nominated for an Edinburgh Comedy Award, Feeling Lucky in 2012, The Most Dangerous Man on Saturday Morning Television in 2014, All Growed Up in 2015/16, 2017/18's Is That Chris Ramsey?, and The Just Happy To Get Out Of The House Tour in 2018/19. He also starred in the BBC Two sitcom Hebburn between 2012 and 2013, and has appeared on television shows such as Live At The Apollo, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Mock The Week, and Celebrity Juice. Chris Ramsey will take his new stand-up tour across the UK and Ireland in autumn 2021 and spring 2022, with many dates having been rescheduled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
