Chromeo are a Canadian electrofunk duo hailing from Montreal. Formed in 2004, the band consists of singer and guitarist David Macklovitch (aka Dave 1), and keys/synth-player Patrick Gemayel (aka P-Thugg). Chromeo are known for their unique blend of hip-hop, rock, and dance with their funky electronic sound.
Their debut album 'She's in Control' hit shelves in 2004, and immediately found them fans across the globe, and soon - as their releases went by - they were performing at big venues and festivals too. In 2014, they released their fourth studio record, 'White Women', and supported it in London during the summer, before returning to the UK to open the Somerset House summer series in July 2015.
Chromeo are back with their next LP, 'Head Over Heels', in 2018, which they'll support with a world tour, stopping in Europe, the US, Canada, and then Australia, before heading to the UK in autumn for a brace of shows in London and Manchester.
