Organisers of Norway’s Øya Festival have revealed the latest additions to the line-up. Following previously-announced headliners Kanye West and Pulp, the festival organisers can now confirm that Noah and the Whale, Aphex Twin and former Tribe Called QUEST rapper Q-Tip are among the latest additions.
