Bad Religion Announce Shows In Manchester And London

LA punk rockers Bad Religion have announce two UK dates for August, confirming shows in Manchester and London.

Bad Religion has sold over 5 million albums worldwide and released their latest record, 'True North', in January of this year. Along with The Offspring, Green Day, Rancid, NOFX and Social Distortion, Bad Religion are one of the best-selling punk rock acts of all time.

'True North' celebrates the power of cogent punk in the face of personal pain and adversity, and is one of the band’s most emotionally accessible albums to date. Beneath the bristling guitars and surging drums exists one of the most cathartic works of the band’s career. With 'True North', Bad Religion deliberately revisits and refines the fast melodic Southern California sound they helped to define on albums such as 'Suffer', 'No Control' and 'Recipe For Hate'.

The new UK tour dates are part of an extensive 2013 tour, with European dates announced earlier this year.

Bad Religion UK & Ireland Tour Dates are as follows:

Mon August 19th 2013 - Ritz, Manchester
Tue August 20th 2013 - KOKO, London

Bad Religion Tickets are on sale from 9am on Friday 5th April. Click Here to Compare & Buy Bad Religion Tickets at Stereoboard.com.

While Paul Simon may not be as prolific as Bob Dylan (38 solo albums) or Van Morrison (39), he might beat both artists in terms of consistent quality. Records like ‘Rhythm of the Saints’, released in 1990, and 2016’ s ‘Surprise’ often matched the brilliance of his work with Art Garfunkel, but may have been overlooked due to ageism within pop music.

Burton once again on hand, they manage to accomplish a giant leap forward without ever losing sight of who they are.
