The legendary singer-songwriter will begin the run on June 1 in St. Augustine, Florida with dates stretching through to the end of the month.
Tickets are on general sale at 10am on March 17 with all proceeds going to the Half-Earth Project, an initiative of scientist E.O. Wilson's Biodiversity Foundation.
Simon, who put out 'Stranger To Stranger' in 2016, is also set to appear at Wisconsin's Eaux Claires Festival on June 17.
