Ellie Goulding has shared a video for her latest single, Love I'm Given.
The striking clip was directed by Rianne White, who worked with Goulding on 2019's Flux video, alongside director of production Rina Yang.
It shows Goulding in her gym during lockdown with footage of her fighting interspersed with shots of her dancing in designer gowns. The powerful pop ballad appears on the vocalist's latest album, this year's 'Brightest Blue'. She said:
"Love I'm Given is about accepting and being at peace with all the mistakes in your life and realising you get the same love back you give out. The video represents the fight between calm and chaos. The boxing ring is weirdly the place I feel the most pure and in control and the moments gold dress represent getting to a place of ultimate power when you know you are in the most powerful place you can be when you have that kind of revaluation about love and forgiveness."
The vocalist will support the record with a previously announced UK and Ireland tour in spring 2021. Tickets are on sale now.
