Kendrick Lamar has revealed the artwork for his upcoming album.
The powerful imagery shot by Renell Medrano features Lamar standing with his back to the camera, wearing a crown of thorns, holding a child with what appears to be a gun tucked into his waistband. A woman nursing a baby on a bed is seen in the background.
Lamar will release the follow-up to 2017's 'DAMN' this Friday (May 13). Earlier this week, he shared the song The Heart Part 5 along with its accompanying video.
