Ellie Goulding Pushes Back Release Of New Album 'Higher Than Heaven'

Ellie Goulding has pushed back the release of her new album for a second time.
'Higher Than Heaven' will now arrive on April 7 instead of the previously announced March 24. The singer-songwriter confirmed the news via a video message posted on her Twitter account yesterday (February 28), revealing the record has been delayed because of issues sourcing the materials for the physical editions. She wrote:
"Here we go again. Here are all the different versions of 'Higher Than Heaven' available to order now from my official store (link in bio). As you know, making these products as green as possible is incredibly important to me so we’ve worked really hard to stick to that promise. As a result and due to delays in sourcing these products, we have to push back the release ever so slightly to April 7 just so we can get these beautiful products to you as soon as humanly possible. Thank you ever so much for your patience and I love you all."
The follow-up to 2020's 'Brightest Blue' will feature her 2022 songs Easy Lover featuring Big Sean, and Let It Die, along with her February single, Like A Saviour.
Goulding will appear at Pinkpop Festival in the Netherlands in June, and the UK's Victorious festival in August.
