Foo Fighters Release New Track Under You, Announce Global Streaming Event

Foo Fighters have shared a new track, Under You.
The melodic rocker offers a punk edge and serves as the second taster of the Seattle band's new album, 'But Here We Are', due out on June 2.
Heavily influenced by the post-punk sound of their early '90s material, it follows April's single and album opener, Rescued, and comes with details of a free global streaming event, billed as Foo Fighters: Preparing Music For Concerts, which will premiere this Sunday (May 21) at 8pm BST/3pm EST/12pm PST.
The event will feature exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, along with some debut performances of tracks from 'But Here We Are', all filmed at the band's own 606 studios. Fans can access via the streaming platform Veeps.
Co-produced by the band and Greg Kurstin, the record is described as, "a brutally honest and emotionally raw response to everything Foo Fighters endured over the last year," including the tragic death of drummer Taylor Hawkins in March 2022.
Foo Fighters have North American shows lined up for the summer and autumn, including dates with The Breeders, and various festival appearances. They'll also play European festivals in June, topping the bill at both Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park in Germany.
