More acts have been announced for this year's Bloodstock Festival.
New additions to the New Blood Stage include Void Below, Temples On Mars, Negative Frame, Concrete Age, Thrasherwolf, Imperial Demonic, Chained Saint, Imbrium and Overpower. They'll be joined by the winners of the regional Metal 2 The Masses finals, which run through 30 locations across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Norway and Cyprus between April 19 and July 12. Elsewhere, the new and improved EMP Stage will feature performances across the weekend from Untamed Silence, Change Persona, After Smoke Clears, Soulride, Vanitas, Goat Major, Cancel The Transmission, Tempest Saint, Trollmother, Dosed, Stitched, WREX, Following The Signs, The Cartoon Cartel and Aethoria.
Bloodstock Festival will return to Catton Park, Derbyshire in August to celebrate its 25th anniversary, and, for the first time, the Ronnie James Dio main stage will be open for live performances on Thursday, with Yorkshire heavy metal legends Saxon set to headline the opening night. Thursday’s main stage will also see Evil Scarecrow and dino-metalheads Heavysaurus perform.
The massive line-up is led by Lamb Of God, Slaughter To Prevail and Judas Priest, who top the bill on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Other acts already confirmed for the bill include Sepultura, Body Count, Bleed From Within, Testament, Black Label Society, Fit For An Autopsy, Orbit Culture, Biohazard, Municipal Waste, Of Mice & Men, Northlane, Vended, Life Of Agony, Skynd, Party Cannon, Battlesnake, Inhuman Nature and more you can check out below.
