Lady Gaga Shares New Song The Dead Dance From Netflix Series Wednesday

Lady Gaga has released a new song.
Built on a catchy disco bassline, The Dead Dance evokes the pulsing synth-pop of the superstar's earlier work, and was written with Andrew Watt and Henry Walter, with production from Watt and Cirkut.
It features on the soundtrack for part two of the second series of Netflix's Wednesday, which is currently streaming on the platform. As well as contributing a song to the gothic drama, Gaga also has a cameo as the character Rosaline Rotwood, a mysterious Nevermore Academy teacher.
The song's accompanying Tim Burton-directed video is set to premiere below at 5pm BST today (September 3).
The Dead Dance marks the Grammy-winning multi-hyphenate's first release since her album 'MAYHEM' in March. Singles from that record include Disease and Abracadabra, along with Die With A Smile featuring Bruno Mars.
The singer is currently touring North America on her Mayhem Ball Tour, which continues with the second of two performances in Miami tonight (September 3). The tour will head to Europe in the autumn, with the run including four nights at The O2 in London, before Australian dates in December. Tickets are on sale now.
