Princess Nokia Shares New Single Blue Velvet From Upcoming Album 'Girls'

Princess Nokia has announced a new album.
The American rapper will release 'Girls' on October 10 via Artist House, marking her first project since her 2023 EP 'I Love You But This Is Goodbye' and her 2020 album 'Everything Is Beautiful'.
Alongside the news, she's shared the second single off the record, Blue Velvet, a dark and atmospheric hip hop offering that calls out the double standards and gender inequality we still see today. It follows on from her earlier celebratory pop song, Drop Dead Gorgeous, released back in June.
Princess Nokia will perform at London's KOKO on November 9, following dates in Berlin and Paris earlier that month. She also has US shows scheduled in Palm Springs, Seattle, Los Angeles, Berkeley, New York and Chicago for September and October. Tickets are on sale now.
