Loreen has announced her first full album in almost a decade.
'Wildfire' will arrive through Polydor France on March 27 and includes the Swedish two-time Eurovision Song Contest winner's previous singles Is It Love and Tattoo, as well as the newly shared Feels Live Heaven, a cinematic, emotive pop offering.
Co-written and produced by Jesse Shatki, with contributions from Myles Avery and writers Calum Landau and Grammy-nominated Sia, Feels Like Heaven explores letting go of struggle, feeling less pain, and opening up to love. Loreen explained:
"When heaven is spoken about here, it isn't a place or a belief system. It's an inner state. Just like hell, it exists in the mind and is experienced in the present moment. Feels Like Heaven is about surrender. Because when you surrender, you create freedom. And freedom is love and love is safety. From that sense of safety comes empathy, clarity, and deeper understanding of our lives and others. Our wellbeing is shaped by the state of our inner world. We suffer when we resist, and we heal when we surrender. In the end, heaven and hell aren't destinations, we create them here, through the way we feel, and love."
News of 'Wildfire' follows Loreen's 2025 ballad Echoes, recorded for the soundtrack of the Split Fiction video game, and a collaboration with French DJ Worakls on Falling, off his latest album 'From One Blink To Another', released last October. She also shared Arcane ahead of last year's Eurovision Song Contest as part of a series of Spotify Singles from artists across Europe.
Her last solo album was 2017's 'Ride', though she released 'Euphoria (The Alternative Mixes)' in 2023.
Alongside her solo output, she has released material with SAGES, a band she formed with award-winning Icelandic composer and producer Ólafur Arnalds.
