Anderson .Paak and Cordae are releasing an album together.
The collaborative record is called 'Heavy Is The Crown' and will arrive on October 23. They've not shared any music from it yet, but it's hoped to be coming soon considering the announcement.
.Paak is currently on the road opening for Bruno Mars on The Romantic Tour as DJ Pee.Wee. Having recently completed the UK and European leg, which included six nights at Wembley Stadium in London, the North American leg will kick off tomorrow (August 21) at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
The Grammy-winning multi-hyphenate artist form California put out his latest album, 'K-POPS! (Music from and inspired by K-POPS! Motion Picture)', this May. He co-wrote, produced and directed the film, which starred his son Soul Rasheed.
Prior to that, .Paak put out 'Why Lawd?' with Knxwledge under their collective moniker NxWorries back in 2024 and 'An Evening With Silk Sonic' with Bruno Mars in 2021. More recently, earlier this summer he appeared alongside Stalone on the T.I track Where I'm From, taken from T.I's new album 'Kill The King', released in late June.
