Born in East Kilbride, he began his career acting in amateur stage productions until dipping his toes into comedy by performing in small venues across Scotland, until he was picked up by BBC Scotland to join their popular Friday night stand-up show Live Floorshow. The success of the show triggered its move to BBC2, where he performed to national audiences alongside the likes of Al Murray. He has headlined his own shows and tours in the UK and Ireland, as well as taking his comedy to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and across Europe. Craig Hill will take his latest show Pumped! to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August 2021, with extra dates added due to demand.
